2. Project-Based Services
2.1 Before Project Start
- Full refund of advance payment if project hasn't commenced
- Request must be made within 7 days of payment
2.2 During Project
- Refund of unused portion based on work completed
- Assessment by project manager required
- Completed milestones are non-refundable
2.3 After Project Delivery
- No refund after final delivery and approval
- 30-day bug fix warranty provided
3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products:
- No refunds after product access is granted
- Issues resolved through support
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@secureark.in with "Refund Request" in subject
- Include your invoice number and reason
- We'll respond within 48 business hours
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund credited to original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party software licenses
- Domain registration fees
- Hosting fees (after activation)
- Completed and approved work
